Eliana Lauder is currently completing her MPhil in Evidence-Based Social Intervention & Policy Evaluation at the Department of Social Policy Intervention at the University of Oxford. Before joining the Oxford DSPI, Eliana completed her MBA at the Saïd Business School with a focus on impact accounting and sustainable funding pathways for social enterprises.

Prior to Oxford, Eliana worked at criminal justice tech startup nonprofit, Recidiviz.org, where she led intervention design, evaluation, and adaptation. Throughout, Eliana invests across asset classes from venture capital to venture philanthropy, and everything in-between.
